Why is NOW the time that interior designers, kitchen and bath designers and window vision designers should join Design Society of America?

Now, more than ever, we have to work together to unify all levels of our industry. Our organization is tagged the “open arms society” at our board meetings. The Designer Society of America was created to unify and places great importance on helping our members succeed. We encourage vendors and trade partners to promote products at reduced prices to our members, we provide a free mini web-site for all new members to encourage their exposure to new clients (A $695 value) and we provide a member referral program to help consumers meet new designers. In addition, our mentor program is the first of its kind offered by a design society, and by sharing tried and true experiences, our mentors help ensure you won’t feel alone in this competitive industry. Together we can help each other work smarter and increase our profits. Now is the time to unite. Join us as we work to form a more perfect union, saving time and money while increasing profitability.

How can DSA membership benefit me in this industry in today’s market?

You are a design professional. Already in your clients’ favor once you have made it into their home, we believe with our certification program and fun and easy interior design psychology of style quizzes you can easily spot your clients’ likes and dislikes. With noted credentials to reinforce your professionalism and full service capabilities, you will increase profitability while increasing your client base. Designer Society of America knows that, as a professional, attracting new clients, building confidence with potential new clients and expressing knowledge has the best results when it is grounded in a full understanding of the overall industry.

Why is DSA membership a great ROI (return on investment) strategy for this industry?

We have all heard the expression ‘knowledge is power,’ and our style evaluation questionnaires and certification course make interior design so easy you will design homes faster with less confusion. The evaluations are based on the psychology of the client and will equal easy communication, fast connections and total understanding of what makes them tick. This builds confidence in client relationships and increases sales as a direct result of the comfort clients feel with you and your abilities increased through our program. Your full return on investment will easily come with the very first client you serve after completing our course – the rest is icing on the cake. This is what we call a guaranteed investment - investing in YOU.
